Awesome iPad. I bought this while it was on sale and it’s a great iPad for the price range. The 64gb is a bit small but it will work if you don’t install a lot of apps you don’t really need. The battery life is excellent even when using a Bluetooth keyboard and other things that strain a battery. I’m happy with this product but keep reading as I’ll share my story about purchasing this as an “open box” instead of new. I initially bought this online because I live 60 miles from a Best Buy. They had “open box - excellent” listed for about $10 less. I expected this to be basically a new unit with the seal broken on the box or something. I received a used iPad in a plain cardboard box with some nicks/marks on it, along with an Insignia branded generic charger. It looked like I was sent a used return or a demo/floor model. I felt like this was deceiving since I had basically just paid full retail price for a used unit with who knows how many hours on the battery and screen. I returned to the unit to my closest store 60 miles away and got a brand new unit. My advice is never buy an “open box” or probably even an advertised “refurbished” unit from Best Buy. It’s probably quite a gamble with whatever product it is.

Replaced an older ipad mini 4 that was sluggish. Love the 9th Gen ipad. increased screen size is a plus and the operating system is much quicker than what I was dealing with on my ipad mini. Happy with my purchase.

I know what to expect from an I pad as this is probably the 3rd I have purchased in the past few years. It works perfectly and was easy to set up and is faster and looks amazing than past models which were great. Special kudos to Best Buy for making it easy, having a great price and the shipping was perfect. The Ipad was packed with plenty of protective air cushion support and came very fast. I could not ask for more.

Purchased for my wife. Her old iPad died suddenly and she couldn't go without an iPad while waiting for repair/replacement from Apple (Apple Care warranty). Easy to transfer all of her data from the iCloud and get her up and running again. Great screen quality and speed. She is very happy with her new iPad.

I love apple products because there so easy to understand i bought this ipad for my mom for her birthday and shes 74 years old and easily understand everything and also this is her second one and her first one still works it’s like 7 years old

Best value overall. Best priced ipad and yeah you dont get all the extra features but who really uses all those extra features. Its s great extension of your iphone and macbook. You can use it as a second screen for macbook. If you see it on sale or pre owned just buy it

The Apple iPad 10.2 inch 64GB is exactly as described. It was easy to set up and transfer info from our older iPad Mini. So far everything is running smoothly and much faster than we’re used to. The display is a nice size and iPad is fairly lightweight. Shipping was fast. Ordered in store on a Saturday and received it in three days. Haven’t tried a lot of the features yet. Will update if I run into any issues.

I love this iPad! It has the perfect amount of storage on it for me. The battery life is great. I use it everyday and can’t imagine not having one for my notes and business!

I trust Apple products and always have. This iPad is no different. It has always worked great, dependable and keeps my now 10-year-old happy with games, searches for his interests and movies. He takes some great pictures with it also! I recommend this iPad if it's still sold or any of the newer ones because I can assure you with Apple products, especially the iPads you can't go wrong!

Purchased this Ipad for my wife and she loves it. The size is perfect and the graphics are excellent. Her previous Ipad was a Gen 6, so this Gen 9 was a true upgrade. She really appreciates the speed and graphics. We would highly recommend this product.

At $269, this is the absolute best value tracker out there. 64Gb is just enough to have this be a solid device for a casual browser or a young kid that plays some basic games and watches shows/movies. Significantly better than a fire and not too much more. This one is hard to beat at the sale price.

Always happy with Apple products. Easy to use, lightweight and reliable. As expected, a bit cheaper made than older models, but a screen protector and thin rubber case fixes that fast. Will always buy Apple!

We've only had this for a couple weeks but very pleased. It's a nice device actually bought for my husband, but I've played around with it & really like how easy it is to use and set up. My husband loves that the pictures that were too small to see on his iPhone show up large and very sharp on this iPad. Very happy with the price and the product.

My made a great decision with choosing this iPad. I love the sleek look and it’s easy to navigate through the softwares. Battery life is great and the display screen is very bright, just what I needed for failing vision.

This item was purchased as a gift for my four year old grandson’s birthday. It is a perfect size for him and it is easy to use. He absolutely loves it. I could not have made a better choice in choosing this for him. Also, the price was reasonable. The salesperson was also very helpful and patient.
