Well pleased with the newest model.

I have this product for over 10 years and still use it from time to time. I am happy with the newer version however I don't like all of the extra apps preloaded. I do like the fact that I can delete mass emails at one time unlike with the previous model. My camera and FaceTime calls are alot clearer. I'm pleased. I plan to have this for another 10 years or so. Apple needs to work on continuing updates for older models.

Great value - minor ding for no USB-C

The build quality is what you expect from Apple with a great form factor and display. The primary thing that makes it feel a bit "behind" the latest iPads is the use of a lightning connector rather than USB-C.

This is my second time in the last few months purchasing one I bought myself one and now I bought one again for a family member’s birthday gift. It’s very useful! Perfect screen size. Perfect for watching the show, using it for social media, good for keeping up a recipe when cooking. I also love the camera quality for pictures and being able to use it for FaceTime.

He previously had a Samsung tablet but the charging connection broke and he was very sad. This product is awesome …easy to use … and he will love it. I purchased one for myself as well. LOVE. LOVE. Needed a last minute gift for Christmas, was able to navigate the website easily to find what I needed. I selected the option to pick up in store and the customer service was amazing from the moment I walked into the store. Item was ready within an hour of purchase. Will definitely buy more from Best Buy instead of Amazon.
