    I purchased the iPad 9th generation as an everyday device for our office and so far, it is great!! I tried drawing and it was not bad at all. For emails, meetings, and note taking it is the best. I am happy with my purchase.

    I like this IPad. It has good battery life and a nice size display ( a definite upgrade from my Samsung tablet). It’s easy to use since I already have a iPhone also.

    The pickup process was extremely easy. My order was ready for pickup within 10 minutes and brought out to my car within 5 minutes of my arrival. I haven’t opened the iPads just yet but have previously purchased one from Best Buy and have had no issues with it. Thank you

    The MacBook works great and I knew going in it was refurbished. You could definitely tell though due the chipped paint under the screen cover. It doesn't affect the functionality at all though. If it wasn't for that I would have given 5 stars.
