I was helped by a staff member her name Karen. She was excellent and explained all pros and cons of my buying another one like I had or getting another one with more storage, etc. great experience with help of manager Zen, who downloaded all my info from old computer. Everything went so well, I was shocked. I’ll buy the next iPad from them too! Very happy customer!

Just what I needed
