My new Apple 10.2 inch iPad is great. The size is just right for my hands, and very easy to use. I really like it. I also like that I don't always have to use my cell phone to play games, I use the iPad.

Best Buy wants me to review this for a chance to win $400. Don’t really know what to say. It’s an iPad. If you’re looking at one, you probably already know about Apple and their long list of products. If you don’t, then you’re a Samsung person. I think the mfg does a better job at selling this than I’m gonna by giving you a review on it. It works. It does what it’s meant to do. It will scramble your mind with the best of them. I didn’t buy the upgraded option that has the brain cell protection, so I’m sure my teenager will indulge in stupid YouTube crap until the battery is dead, then blame her parents for buying the cheap model with the poor battery performance.

This iPad is super fast lightweight and very easy to use. I enjoy Facebook and reading my mail on it. Plus music is great

This generation of iPad is personally my favorite. It’s never slow and keeps up with all my drawings and such. I don’t need any fancy cameras like the newer iPads. The battery lasts very long and after dropping it a few times, there’s still no scratches cracks or dents.

The i-PAD was purchased for my 99 year old mother so that she could continue to participate in her 3 days a week ZOOM exercise classes from her home. It provides her with a beautiful and clear picture and clear sound. The ease of use is perfect for her simple computer skills. Thank you! It more than perfectly and beautifully meets her needs!

I love this iPad! I previously had an iPad Mini2. Left it at the security checkpoint in London Heathrow last summer. I couldn't wait to replace it. The larger screen size on this one is a big improvement for my tired old eyes. This one is faster and I like the six-digit pass-code better.

iPad has a high speed and still working very well . My 10 year old enjoys reading books on this iPad .

As of right now I love this product but I haven’t been able to use it much in the 2 days I have had it. For the first time ever though I was disappointed in the service of the Geek Squad. I arrived early for my appointment and the lady that started helping me seemed quite capable. In a few minutes her appointment showed up that was on the schedule ahead of me so she had to stop to help her. That was understandable as she had the appointment ahead of me. She passed me over to a gentleman from the back and he didn’t seem to know how to transfer info over from one iPad to another. She seemed to give him a quick explanation and he started doing the transfer. He told me to walk around the store and he would let me know when it was ready. After quite some time, I came back to check on it and he said it was complete. I checked my contacts and they seemed to be there. I asked if he got everything and he said yes. When I went home and tried to use it I couldn’t because it was asking for my password but had my husbands email address in it. Furthermore not one email was there. I had to wait on hold for an hour to get to talk to someone from apple. We spent another hour and a half fixing things so that I could use it. My appointment with the Geek Squad was to transfer my info from my old iPad and set the new one up. That didn’t happen.
