    So far I have been pleased with the recent purchase of the Apple - 10.2 inch iPad. My only frustration is that a owners/operators manual was not included. I am slowly but surely learning how to make the iPad work with help from friends. It is the first time in my adult life where when I purchased an electronic item it did not come with an owner/operator manual.

    I purchase this as a gift for my 10 year old granddaughter. She hasn't put it down yet. The activation process was easy. She was able to use it right away.

    Great basic Ipad for those who dont want or need all the expensive bells and whistles. Feels like as little as I use it that the battery goes a little fast but the quality of the movies is great!

    Exactly what I wanted & price was same as noted on their website (no hidden fees) salesman I chatted with relayed how to transfer data from existing iPad to this iPad. Ordered & bought that morning & picked up in 2 hours. Salesman was knowledgeable & courteous

    So far so good! As always, best buy delivers! I used to have an iPad 4 until it broke and I got this one to use as a second screen for classes. It has pretty cool features--I like the split screen feature alot! Even better that it was on sale.
