    if you have any Apple products you already know what to expect. I upgraded to 64gb because my series 8 32 gb iPad didnt have enough storage left.

    Apple iPad is just fine. My issue is the Geek Help Desk. Before I purchased the iPad I asked if help is available to set up new iPad and download data from old iPad along with connecting my Apple cell phone. I was told to make an appt and there would be help. So I purchased the iPad but the help was ONLY if I purchased a membership.

    I would live my new ipad but the geek squad didn't set it up properly and I can't use all the features. I'm so disappointed, I've been a member of the geek squad for years and this is the first time I was very disapointed with the service
