    Love my new Apple iPad. Just like most things Apple, perfect out of the box. Literally took only about 15 minutes to set up. Apple setup takes you through all the steps so even a beginner can get operating, quickly. The rich colors in the display are great. Ordered from Best Buy and had delivered right on time. I highly recommend Best Buy's Total Tech for all the multiple benefits a Best Buy tech purchase provides. I have used this feature, over and over.

    The deal I got on the IPad 10.2 was a great deal at Best Buy. But the process of buying it and trading in my old IPad was a hassle and it gave me great reservations on whether I might do it again.

    I love the new iPad. My old one would not keep a charge anymore. It was very old. Got everything moved over with no problems. Took a few days to get set the way I wanted it. Still not bluetoothing to my iPhone.

    Was ready for pick up quickly. Pick up at the school went very quickly. Great service. I love Best Buy. They are easy to business with and if ther is any problem you can take it back to the store .
