    I don't know how the iPad will work out. We have a total Geek support plan which is paid annually. We took the iPad into your McKinney, Texas store with an appointment. The Geek Squad employee said he had set the 2 iPads up and was ready to be used. We got them home and cannot even get anything to work. We will call Geek on the phone and maybe they can help us. Not really satisfied with this situation!!!

    This is a great tablet but it's too large. I want a tablet I can hold in one hand to read. Apple doesn't need to keep making products larger and larger. Same with their phones. I don't want a large phone: it won't fit in my pocket. I don't need a phone big enough to watch video: that's what a tv is for.
