    My iPad arrived exactly when promised. Transfer of apps from and pictures from old iPad to the new one was smooth and easy to understand. After depending on an 8 year old iPad most of this year, the battery life and access to all my apps on the new one is a pleasure. My only disappointment has been my inability to figure out access to the promised 3 months of Apple TV for free. I have not pursued it yet, but plan and hopefully I can make it happen.

    I don't know how the iPad will work out. We have a total Geek support plan which is paid annually. We took the iPad into your McKinney, Texas store with an appointment. The Geek Squad employee said he had set the 2 iPads up and was ready to be used. We got them home and cannot even get anything to work. We will call Geek on the phone and maybe they can help us. Not really satisfied with this situation!!!

    As an Apple product it is very good. Bought it for my daughter, who wanted to play some of the Roblox games which her Amazon Fire tab could not handle. While she was able to play most some still could not played since it did not have enough compute power. So if you need more juice for gaming, you would need to go for Ipad Pro...

    Replaced my old IPad with this one and love it! Great resolution and colors. Much faster loading of apps and content. I feel this new device wil serve me well for many years to come. I truly enjoy my new IPad!

    Have been using it for about a year now. So far, no issues. Seamlessly work with other Apple products. After an year of daily use (about 1 to 1.5 hour), it now needs battery recharging every other day. Primarily use it for reading books or browse net. If used for video calls battery drains quickly.
