    Always a pleasure shopping at the white Marsh , Maryland location, I tried to order online a ship to my home but after almost 4 weeks of going back and forth I received a refund back and then i purchased directly from the store an the sales person was Top Notch

    I upgraded from a 3, mainly because of 3 problems: 1) getting blacked out after playing a number of spide4 solitaire games, 2) fingerPrint opening no longer worked, and sometimes when writing something I had to bear down really hard several times to get a key to work. I though5 the problem was my old version iPad. But I still experience the first 2 problems on my new device.

    Overall, I like the new iPad very much. However, I had to return to the store for their help in sending/receiving text messages from smart phones other than Apple. Even the clerk wasn't sure it could be done. Finally, she thought of looking at my iPhone. Lost in all the many things to assist was a place to check to permit the iPad to send/receive all texts, not just those from Apple devices.

    I really like my new iPad. I can make FaceTime calls and receive regular calls. I was able to retrieve all my apps from my cell phone.
