    we were very satisfied with the purchase of 2 9th Generation I-pads, but have not been satisfied with the setup of them with Geek. We are paying an annual fee for Geek support. We took these I-Pads to your McKinney, Texas store with an appointment. Your Geek Squad employee did very little to help us and they are still not setup.
