    Arrived sooner than original date. Product was as expected. No issues with the product. Thankful the iPad included the new c wall charger for the cord.

    Yes, as the title suggest the battery on this series is horrible. Right out of the box charged the battery to 100% and when starting to use it. Not playing videos or anything. Using notepad the battery went down to 70% and it was just running very simple tasks such as browsing web pages nothing fancy. Returned one thinking that it was manufacturer defect. Exchanged for another and the same thing happened again. Made sure all apps was not running any tasks an within an hour of a full charge it goes down to 70%. Not what we expected from an iPad. I have 9th Gen from when it was 1st release and to this day it is running strong but these other 9th Gen iPad really makes me thing did Apple get a batch of bad batteries??? Regardless we returned the new iPad and will go with a diffrent series.

    Definitely the best gift I could have bought my daughter for Christmas. She uses it at home to edit videos of her friends and as a backup for schoolwork.

    Bought this for my 82yr young Mama. She was looking at her emails, her photos and Facebook all on iPhone. I hope this helps! She was very happy.

    Look a little learning. Still not sure I know enough to successfully navigate the iPad. The online manual was not much help either. The Smart Keyboard was confusing to attach. I finally down loaded a picture from the internet and got it figured out. I find that I am not using the iPad as much as I thought due to technology gap.
