Love this iPad, my second one. I have the mini which is 4 years old and is still like new. I just wanted something larger than my mini. The charge life is great and I stream movies throughout the night. Oh and it has a beautiful picture.

Great product. I thought 64GB would be too low for my son (10 year old), but it is not. Screen, size, features, and capability are all great. The price was unbeatable. I got it on sale for $269 plus taxes.

Excellent tablet brought for my son and he loves it

This is a big step up from my iPad Air2 which would no longer update. I love this new tablet. Screen is clear and bright. Battery lasts for days. Am really impressed.

We bought this for my elderly mother. The screen size is fantastic. And of course, if you're an Apple product user, it is a piece of cake to navigate. Good sound, good picture.

I'm going to start with a comparison to the device I'm replacing. In contrast to the 8" Fire HD we have, the iPad is the far superior device. It's more responsive, the screen is better, and the iPad isn't hamstrung by the Amazon App Store (sidebar - my belief as to why Windows Subsystem for Android failed). This is also the second iPad my household has owned, and is a supplement to our phones and PCs rather than a sole device. That said, this is the legacy design from 2021 with the proprietary lightning connector. I wouldn't expect the long term support that the latest generation devices have. If it weren't on sale for a reasonable price, I would recommend the latest Gen device instead.

The Apple iPad has been a great purchase for grad school! It compliments my computer when working on projects. Easy to use and has great tools for notes and other work.

Bought 3 of them but one of them show signs of battery issues before it's 1st year was completed. Went to apple store and got a new one as the issue is not fixable and we were still within the warranty. Checked the other two but so far they are working as expected. Battery life expectancy of the one with issues after almost an entire day charging was 2-3 hours in full use at most sometimes less. New one is lasting 7 hours plus at full use. Overall satisfied with Apple's customer service team and the new iPad.

I bought several iPads from BestBuy for myself and some as gifts in the past. And was very happy with the experience and the iPads that I bought for myself! Although my two iPads (5th & 6th Gen, one with cellular) that I used every day for over five years were still working fine, I decided to take advantage of good offers at BestBuy to trade in my two iPads. I am VERY HAPPY that I did, Certainly faster & improved! The iPad is still The Best mobile pad that I know of as I am also very familiar with android mobile devices. I must say that we bought TVs, appliances and accessories from BestBuy in the past and everything we bought from them is great in every aspect! Respectfully, Rev. George

The Ipad had worked very well for me so far, it is still operating fast despite being a few yeats old. And the display looks very clean, overall a good purchase

It's a great little help. We are using it as an employee's check-in device. Helpful in everyday tasks and flawlessly performing. So far, all of the Apple products I have delivered have the highest standards. We also bought one for our mom so she could take pictures and browse the internet. She's 73 and has no problems figuring it out.
