I almost exclusively use this as a drawing tablet that’s really easy to transport with me. I haven’t run into any problems and it was easy to set up. The only thing I could see people running into is the storage space. Since I only use it to draw, I don’t have many apps and plan on transferring some files I’ve finished over to my computer in order to keep space free so I’m not running into much of a problem. But I can see the storage possibly filling up fast if you use a lot of apps and don’t transfer files.

I'm going to start with a comparison to the device I'm replacing. In contrast to the 8" Fire HD we have, the iPad is the far superior device. It's more responsive, the screen is better, and the iPad isn't hamstrung by the Amazon App Store (sidebar - my belief as to why Windows Subsystem for Android failed). This is also the second iPad my household has owned, and is a supplement to our phones and PCs rather than a sole device. That said, this is the legacy design from 2021 with the proprietary lightning connector. I wouldn't expect the long term support that the latest generation devices have. If it weren't on sale for a reasonable price, I would recommend the latest Gen device instead.

The iPad gets a thumbs up as my mom who is not they tech savvy is able to navigate it with a big smile on her face. She doesn’t have to charge it everyday as the battery life is long enough .

Love everything about it. Seamless transfer from iPhone apps and info to iPad. Very fast and screen display is excellent. Exceeded my expectations

Excellent product, typical of previous Apple products that I have owned. Easy to set up, easy to use, and hopefully will last a long time.

It's a great little help. We are using it as an employee's check-in device. Helpful in everyday tasks and flawlessly performing. So far, all of the Apple products I have delivered have the highest standards. We also bought one for our mom so she could take pictures and browse the internet. She's 73 and has no problems figuring it out.

I love the 9th generation ipad. The screen is a good size and the battery life last long. Great for browsing the web and downloading new apps.

Perfect. I brought this for my child who is homeschooled. The iPad is fast and reliable. He able to do his work, stream games, send messages and FaceTime perfectly. He is satisfied with his iPad and so am I. Battery life is 80 percent. You have to keep it charge more than usual

Love the 10.2-inch IPad - 64K - so much faster than my old one and much larger face - nice for movies on long rides on airplanes & in car.

Good quality refurbished buy at a value price. The Ipad works great without any issues. It was checked and certified by BestBuy techs prior to receiving item.

Before getting this ipad, I had the Gen 8. Since I liked the Gen 8, I knew I wanted something similar, so it made perfect sense to get this ipad. Its fast, runs programs like Procreate very well, and has double the storage of the 8! Its great!

It works great with a great interface and connectivity. My only con is that is doesn't seem to connect perfectly to the pen sometimes, but in general works fine.

Greta product and Best Buy is always great. I was able to get it quickly and check out even faster. Apple products are always great too.
