This replaced my old iPad. The only thing I don't like is the battery don't last very long. I actually use it more than my computer for most things.

I bought this for my daughter and i think its safe to say that i would buy again

I did not get it for free and it will take a learning curve to give an honest review anyway.

Works good. But never accessory dont work with it. Battery life is not good.

I love it but I feel like the battery does not hold like it should. It will be plugged in and charging with only Netflix running and then battery goes down and not up.

Way better than a fire tablet! I love it. It’s like having your iPhone but a way better version of it. I like that you can use it for multiple things.

iPad works fine and just how it should, but wished that they offered it in white.

I bought this supposedly brand new iPad, FULL PRICE and not labeled refurbished, used, open box or any of that on December 26th. I made my daughter a brand new iCloud account for it and after i did the Touch ID that it prompted to, the Ipad then tells me that it needs the “OLD PASsCODE” to set up Touch ID. How would a BRAND NEW iPad have an old passcode. When the iPad screen timed out I was completely locked out of it and there was nothing I could do without a laptop. Ok, cool, I will just take it return it and honestly I was over it because I spent so much time trying to figure out how to fix a brand new iPad. I took it back about a week later because like most people, I have a job and a life. Anyways, the CSR told me “I am sorry there is nothing we can do.” I then told her to “figure something out because I wasn’t leaving with the iPad and without my money refunded.” Then the supervisor immediately told me he couldn’t help me either!! Finally after I started getting angry he did. Not sure why a PAYING CUSTOMER would have to get angry to return a faulty iPad I bought from them. Besides that he kept asking me the same questions over and over like he didn’t believe the information I already gave him. Including that I had just bought the iPad a week prior, why couldn’t I return it if I wanted to for any reason besides I just didn’t want it?! Finally, he plugged it into a computer so I could take our iCloud account off of it which I might add took only 5-10 min. At the end he said “As long as it is in return window then I can refund it.” Why would something i had for only 1 week be outside of the return window! It took almost an hour and a half with my cranky toddler in toe to finally get out of that store and the majority of that time I was giving the same information to them over and over again and not being helped!! I almost cried twice from frustration! Yes it’s hard believe that a brand new iPad had an old passcode on it but that is in fact what happened and instead of giving me customer service I felt like they just didn’t want to deal with it. They waste more time not helping me then actually helping! It asked me if I would recommend this item but honestly I don’t know because I never got to use it.

Bought this for my senile mom; she loves it. I am not fond of apple and the business tactics they use. The thing looks nice.

Got one for accessibility and leisure. Definitely gets the job done for daily tasks and what not!

Had some concerns about the power button being tempermental and the second one seems to have the same issue and sometimes the screen dims. Other than that no concerns.

It's a typical I pad tablet. I love the opportunity to connect my iCloud.

Love my iPad. I upgraded from Gen6 to Gen9, only reason not giving 5 stars is it had no 128GB option.

Was a gift for 93 yr old mother. iPad along with keyboard case works great. The transition from iPhone to iPad and back is practically seamless.

I love this 10" wifi iPad. I use it to surf the internet and pay my bills. The price is great, much more affordable than some of the newer models. It's a great value.
