    Purchased open box. Supposed to ge excellent condition. Gifted item and no charger was included, but should have been. Be more careful and double check open box items. Wasn’t worth the long customer service calls and double trip to the store.

    The battery takes 4 hours to charge and I went to the store to complain and what the person who helped me told me was that that is how long it takes to charge
