Defective screen

Overheating

Best Buy leaves customer high and dried with loss

They assured me that I would receive a refund and apologized for the inconvenience caused. However, even after waiting patiently for several weeks, I contacted them again only to be told that there would be no refund and that the case had been closed. They also mentioned that they could not help me any further. For some reason they continue to remind me of my loss of over two hundred dollars and ask for a review so I am giving them one.

Does what a tablet should

Best Buy had the new iPad on sale and I took advantage of the trade in, so it was an affordable price. I’m a Totaltech member and my data & iPad setup was taken care of by the Geek Squad.
