Kid needed a new update since his is an older model and was already malfunctioning. BB had this ipad on sale and great price.

bought for my girlfriend’s dad and he loves it so much

I ordered this and for parts of two weeks I filled in fingerprint but it would not accept it so I could not move on. I am told that unless I travel 150 miles to nearest Best Buy that I can not get help.. in this order I got a small oven and it came to me defective . The french door was improperly installed in the factory. I was told that I could replace it but pay full price. I called the minute we tried to set it up and found the problem. I said this was a factory damaged appliance you sent to me and I really want it. My order now has 3 things not functioning and I asked how to get help and the person hung up. The Jitterbug phone will not ring with all settings checked.

Love it but same old same old. Nothing new for last 5 years

I was a little disappointed with this iPad. It doesn't support Whatsapp, not easy to navigate, and the wireless connection is extremely. My wireless connection works very with with my iPhone and laptop.

As always, Best Buy had the best price and the best service, We bought two new Apple IPads, and we are very pleased with the IPads and their service. They are very helpful and supportive in all ways. I recommend them highly!

Very fast and takes excellent pictures!! This was bought as a Christmas gift for our Grandson, whose Father (our son) is in the Military…and who came home on leave over Thanksgiving because he could not get leave over Christmas….

great apple product. item was in great condition although it was an open box item. definitely suggest purchasing an open box item if you want to save some money for the exact same product you were to buy as if it were brand new.

I absolutely love iPads. I just didn’t, regrettably, get the one with cellular data. I’m really suffering without the cellular data. Other than that I would’ve given 5 stars.

It does not charge while it is plugged in to the charger. I have taken it to Best Buy as well as Apple and they both say they can do nothing about it because the diagnostics show nothing is wrong with it. DO NOT BUY, save up a little more money and get a higher end IPad. This IPad was literally 3 weeks old when this problem arose. Absolutely ridiculous that no one is willing to switch this out for one that actually works.

I did not like this version of the iPad. I'm not sure if my issue is with the refresh rate or not, but when I scroll through website text, it seems blurry/laggy.

I believe mine is defective, it will not hold a charge even when all the apps are shut down and the ipad is not in use. Also sometimes there are clicks for the sound when pressing keys but usually the click sounds - although I should hear them - they don't happen which tells me there's also a problem with the sound. Initially I wasn't using the device on a daily basis so I didn't notice the issues and never took it in for support or tried to exchange it. It is very annoying that it doesn't hold a charge and I will get rid of it now.

Starts up and dies right after little over a year old

I wish the salesman had told me all the trouble I would have pairing my Apple I-Pad with my Apple phone. I made 5 trips to shop for help. All my calendar dates were erased and so much trouble to pair each app. I would have never bought it. But have had it more than 10 days so I am stuck.

I used it for a give away!!!! Not an apple user at all. However the subject that wow it ejoyed very much.

Everything is as expected but I didn't realize it has speakers only on one side of the iPad so there is no stereo sound. It feels strange and lopsided.

Bought this for my husband and he can’t remember his password so can’t tie it to his phone.

It’s decent iPad but the battery I doesn’t last pretty long.

Works great but screens break so easy on them. Expensive to fix.

There are so many versions and types and generations of iPad i wasn’t sure which one to get as a gift for a loved one. Hope it was a good pick. When will Apple make devices with both face ID and fingerprint reader?
