Buying a last gen iPad makes for a great value, especially for a user that isn't putting it through hard use.

don't like the format and the apple ID sucks. houldn't have wasted my money. I'll give it away. I've heard about how good apple is over the years and it's a lie. worst system I've ever used.

This is a great iPad! My granddaughter loves it! It is sleek and fast and does not break the bank!

This was mainly purchased for playing games but is just as good for watching apps such as netflix, Amazon etc. It has good sound quality without additional assistance from others products.

This product seems to be working well so far. Time will tell. My experience with this purchase however is one of false advertising. I have a Best Buy credit card I often make purchases from Best buy online and in store. For this purchase, it was advertised as no interest for 6 months, I just realized that I've been charged interests for the past 2 months. Also the purchase was supposed to come with 3 or 4 months apple music subscription. I couldn't get it to work. I called their tech support and they told me they would send me an email with a new link to fix the issue. That didn't work either. I went to a Best buy near me and they advised me to create another Apple music account and add a credit card that I wouldn't be charged. I did that and I have been charged for the past 2 months so pretty much no free apple music... So as you can see, my poor rating is not based on quality of the product but due to the false advertising poor quality of customer experience

Weak screen. I set the remote on it and screen cracked. Had my last iPad for at least 5 yrs. It was much tougher.

This is a Christmas gift for Mom. It replaces the iPad mini she has been using for years. What an upgrade she said! Helping her set up remotely was a little tough but went ok with the "scan your phone" process.

works very well for what i need it to do and it was the last item i needed to complete my apple ecosystem

Everything has worked find, but only battery runs out so fast. I charged full 100% and unplug. Till tomorrow i don't use it, battery go down 50% i don't know why.

I originally had the purchase made online and was told that it would be ready in an hour. I arrive 3 hours after making the purchase and I’m told that it’s not available. I ask to cancel the purchase and make it in person instead. It was easy enough to get it in person but it was irritating that I couldn’t just pick it up and instead needed a separate transaction.

Excellent iPad. Set up was a snap, graphics and pictures very clear, loads very quickly. Only minor problem is battery life is not very long. I have to charge more frequently than older ipad. Price was right.

It's ok, it's the same as all the other ipads i don't see much of a difference

The iPad was a little slow and outdated with the Apple button but still a solid iPad for the price.

It's ok. Kind of clunky. Like to read in bed, but it's tough to set it to read, and too heavy to hold

Screen cracked within the first few weeks even with a huge case and temper glass screen! Thank goodness for apple care!

Purchased for my granddaughter for c Christmas. She loved it. She is a freshman in college and wanted an IPad to take notes on in class. Also, her her the one for the IPad and it works great together.

Quick processing online. Very good display screen. Plenty of storage ability. Facetime picture is good

It’s pretty standard I don’t like the fact that I’m not able to put a Sim card in it it makes it hard because I’m using it for my autistic child Who travels with it so Wi-Fi isn’t helpful
