The only reason I give this 4 stars is not because of the product, but because of the service. One of the staff members that spoke to my older aunt tried to tell her that it would be pointless to get this iPad because it will not update after this year and then tried to sell her a more expensive one. I spoke to another Best Buy employee at another store and I was told that that was inaccurate information. Other than that member trying to con a senior citizen, we are happy with the product.
