Well I can’t properly review this since from the moment we first turned it on, it requested a 6 digit passcode, which was obviously not set up yet. Still trying to figure out what to do… bring it to Best Buy or the Apple Store?

Christmas gift, My mom loved it. Set up took a little bit but was satisfied in the end. More affordable and good for simple everyday use

Great for kidds that are learning how to use a computer child locks and txts to parents ……just get insurance and an otterbox youll be fine

Buyer Beware: If you make a purchase at Best Buy online and have issues, particularly delivery issues, then expect 15+ days to resolve the issue. You Can't go into a Best Buy location for help with your online purchase. The item was to be delivered on Nov. 29th and it was known right away that the package is lost. It's Dec. 16th and I've spent over 6 hours trying to get a resolution. Their online service is not US based. They know I don't have the product and they still took my money. Their best offer to fix the issue is charge my credit card for a new item, then wait 10-15 days to receive a refund for the item I didn't receive. Stay away.

Getting an older generation Ipad is definitely worth saving a few bucks, it doesn’t have all the new features but stills get the job done

My daughter absolutely loved the IPAD. The device has sufficient processing and memory to run her university lectures as well movies.

Overall a good iPad. Love the lower price of $269.

Product is good, cost is higher than similar other items

I’m very frustrated. I was misinformed by an employee stating I was purchasing a similar product. I traded in a tablet with cellular only to get a tablet with WiFi only. That does not even compare. I want something similar to what I paid for.

The display glass cracked on its own. Apple MUST fix this issue. I’ve heard many people complaining about this problem. Unfortunately for me, my iPad doesn’t have warranty.it’s just less than 2 months old.
