    I will never buy another Apple product. I tend towards PC and Android and this is the first Apple product in a bit. I am amazed and how the software doe not play well w other systems. I missed the return window due to a personal ussue. After wasting days trying to have it do what I bought it for, i will be giving this away.

    You gave me the wrong case/cover for the iPad. The iPad is fine but my grandson opened the package up last week and the iPad cover I purchased from you dosent fit. It’s past the return date now

    Does not stay connected to internet Very slow when it is I never had this problem with a Samsung tablet Very surprised and very disappointed Was told I would have to pay a $45 fee to return it Very disappointed with Best Buy rules I should have looked elsewhere

    I love it but it dies so quick. I could be on it for 5 minutes and it has already went down 10% or more. Sadly I was away and when I got home I got received it but it was too late to return.
