    iPad stole off porch and was told no refund or replacement it was son Christmas gift and they claim they did an investigation but if I didn’t get my item how are you telling me i did horrible billion dollar company all he wanted for Christmas was an iPad and they made that impossible

    Never buying again here I been asking for my refund since December and still haven’t get it I returned the iPad and still no answer

    `Terrible experience with Best Buy rep. He was to transfer apps from old iPad. Specific request was NO passwords were needed. When the transfer was complete the new iPad requested for a password which we didn’t // don’t have. We also purchased a $189 service plan. The rep. Explained that there was nothing he could do to make the new iPad work. We would have to deal with Apple to get into the iPad. So now I have a new iPad that doesn’t work, and a $180 service contract that’s worthless.
