Worked well for less than a year. Then the screen went black. It was my sons and he was logged in to it. Best Buy needed him to go to a Remote Desktop and log out of the icloud. My 16 yr old was never able to do this. So we’re stuck with a black ipad.

I reported to Best Buy that I did not receive my tablet package. They assured me that I would receive a refund and apologized for the inconvenience caused. However, even after waiting patiently for several weeks, I contacted them again only to be told that there would be no refund and that the case had been closed. They also mentioned that they could not help me any further. For some reason they continue to remind me of my loss of over two hundred dollars and ask for a review so I am giving them one.

This is probably "the" tablet. It doesn't do anything special as a tablet but it doesn't need to and the price reflects that. It just works so it is great for kids.

My old apple iPad was almost 5 years old, battery was wearing down and I had less than 5 G of data left. Best Buy had the new iPad on sale and I took advantage of the trade in, so it was an affordable price. I’m a Totaltech member and my data & iPad setup was taken care of by the Geek Squad.

I prefer my old smaller iPad. I read books on my iPad. This one will only let me scroll from right to left when turning pages. I prefer to scroll up as I read the pages.

it is great product. but during black friday, other retailers had better deal. wish best buy can change price match policy during holiday season

Average iPad works with new apps and everything but the battery is terrible. Takes forever to charge and won’t charge at all during use. Not sure if it’s just the battery or the I pad itself. Either way it is kind of disappointing considering it’s brand new.

Go on sale for 269 later went down to 249 not bad price for an iPad. Can do pretty much most of the thing that you need to do on it.

Small amount memory. Hard to find case. Older version. Screen size ok but bigger would be better.

I’ve always had an iPad and I recently bought this new one. I need to take it in and have them check it. It seems to be glitchy.

Simple design and good configuration considering the budjet friendly ipad. Working nice and great one day delivery by best buy. Good packing as well

The one star is for BestBuy. I seen the sale price of $250 so I went the next day to buy it. Rang up as $325 an was told the sale ended and they couldn’t honor the sale price. I wasn’t happy, but I bought it. A couple days later it went back to $250. I give 5 stars for the iPad, I never have problems (other then price) with Apple products

I purchased this iPad to play games. . Unfortunately it freezes to much for me while playing online games

"Scored" this iPad during the recent Black Friday 2022 sale. Zeroed in on this particular model (to replace an older iPad Air with a failing battery) due to positive reviews from several equipment review sites that indicated this is the "best value" in the iPad line.

I still have not received the iPad. FedEx lost it (tracking showed it was out for delivery for 12 days), then I called Best Buy to file a claim and hopefully still get an iPad. I told them I did not want delivery, that I would pick it up in store. The agent said that I would hear back from BB in 24 to 48. 72 hours passed and nothing. I called only to be met with "we are still working on your order, youll hear from is 24 to 48 hours. That time passed and nothing. I called back to continued advice to wait more time, meanwhile Christmas is quickly approaching. I then asked for a refund so I could re-purchase the device and GO PICK IT UP IN THE STORE. They advised that it will take three days for the refund. I asked was official notification will i receive indicating that a refund is forthcoming besides the agent's word on the phone...nothing. They notify instantly when its time to take your money, though. I asked for a supervisor. Not one was available, we'll have them call you when theyre available. The window of time indicated has passed, no call. This service has been extremely poor and I am very unhappy with this experience. I'm sorry I downloaded the Best Buy app.

iPad is fine but I ordered it curbside and it wasn’t ready in the time frame it should have been so when I went and asked they said it got flagged because I live in a different city but I guess they weren’t going to tell me that?

I dont know if its me, but it keeps spinning, like it loading. I bought extra cloud storage and it's still spinning. It's to expensive to send it back because i don't live in the U.S.

Average. I am a ipad pro user so i am definitely not the target audience for this product. Also it is the entry level ipad so that is why i gave it the rating i did.

My daughter is very happy with her purchase. She bought it to go with an Apple Pencil. Bit peeved we had to get a new one because the pencil isn’t compatible with the older iPads. But that’s all the Apple products for you, a rip off.

It was smaller than my older iPad. But it was easier to use screen pad for look ups and account management of bill pay and investment web sites.
