    The I-Pad I purchased on 10/1/2023 turned out to be defective. I had difficulty downloading all data from the cloud and could not receive I-Messages from the I-Phone. Several phone inquiries with Apple support. Best Buy confirmed problems and exchanged the unit with a new one.

    Glass is very thin breaks to Easily and otter case does not protect as good as older ones

    I marked this as poor because of Apple’s warranty. I had this for 6 months, the home button sunk in, detached from the glass. Apple wouldn’t cover it under warranty saying it was caused by accidental damage. The iPad was used as any other device would be used.

    Value for money—really good for note taking and content viewing. Wouldn’t recommend for 4K Video editing though, go for iPad Pro if you plan to use your iPad for video editing.

    So many things as possible with this device I can animate my Characters for my business I can record video and commercials as well. Disguise the limit the limit With Apple.

    i never got it. i live in a gated community and your delivery company tried to enter through the rear resident gate. when he couldn't and didn't follow the instructions to enter through the main gate, he returned the ipad. when days passed and i didn't receive it, i called best buy over a week ago to redeliver to my business address and still it has not been received.

    Stopped working after 1 month! My kids barely played on it & it turns off after startup for no reason. VERY DISAPPOINTING, WHAT A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY

    Some reason this iPad bend in curve shape as time went on. We returned the first one when received the second one it bent too. Not sure if the quality is not good or there is another issue we are unaware of.
