    So far it has been good. Only issue so far is that we are not able to transfer past texts. The auto setup was nice though no written instructions came with the unit.

    Love my new iPad. Found out I had to change my regular email address I had on my other iPad which made things more difficult. I had to contact so many people in order to get mail.

    My daughter loves it. If you don’t have an iCloud account you will need to create one. A little difficult to get everything setup if you have never done becore

    I am unbelievably disappointed. I bought this as a replacement for an older iPad and based on the information here I expected it would be the same size. It arrived and I didn't have time to deal with it, I go to open it now, it won't fit in the keyboard folio I have, or anything else I own, it's a totally unique size, and I'm five days past the return date. So apparently I have to spend $150 on a new keyboard. I'm so frustrated I could just scream.

    Ordered online, and went to pick up. Staff were great. Ipad had a bit of trouble transferring from old to new, but ended up finally getting it to work.

    Turned on brand new ipad on Tuesday. On Wednesday, the touchscreen didn’t work. Couldn’t restart it as instructed by Apple. Advised to let the battery die and then hope that I can restart it after that. Was told by geeksquad that this is jot an uncommon problem.

    I really wish I could have put hands on this one. Best Buy state it would arrive Wednesday when I bought it. It showed up the Saturday before. It was stolen off my porch. I called they stated they would resend it. It showed up in my order then they canceled it. No longer will I be a Best Buy customer. They lied to me.

    It was smaller than my older iPad. But it was easier to use screen pad for look ups and account management of bill pay and investment web sites.

    Keeps freezing sometimes iCloud doesn’t sync properly. When I play games on it the game freeze.
