Watch open item purchases

It was shipped barely wrapped in bubble wrap and the iPad was on. When I started setting up the iPad it had black lines going through the middle of it. This was a open item like new.

The WORST Electric product

This iPad is dead within 13 months of using. Called Apple support and it says most possibly the battery is dead, which would cost around $110 and if there's any other parts wrong that'd be $250. These products are simply jokes! I own an Apple TV which performs wayyy inferior than a $40 Amazon Fire stick when it comes to full 4K with Dolby sound.

Don’t buy from Bestbuy

Despite their claim of delivery, they failed to confirm the correct address. Regrettably, Best Buy neither refunded my two iPads nor took any steps to investigate the situation. I strongly advise against making purchases from them.
