iPad never arrived, no replacement, no refund

Best Buy refused to send me a replacement, refund my money or initiate an investigation about the missing iPad with FedEx. I will never order anything from this company again.

Buy from Amazon instead, same price but 30 day period

Purchased decision was contingent on trade in value. Trade return label has never arrived. Trade in department does not respond to emails. Regular customer service is unable for to help.

Customer service did not resolve my issue from the first and second try of communicating with them. Ordering from you guys has just been extremely disappointing and such a hassle and waste of my time. Never again!
