However I ordered 2 - one for each of my children for Christmas. The second iPad never arrived and Best Buy customer service did nothing to help me get another one before Christmas. I spent hours on hold multiple times before I was able to get a refund.

Thanks guys. That is a lot of care for your customers. Literally just put the box in bubble wrap. Disappointed in the lack of care. preparing to return it. Don't want something broken on Christmas. What a joke.

Setup is easy. This replaces my 10-year-old iPad which finally has reached old age. They are very pushy about setting up Apple Pay, but otherwise, there have not been any issues. With an attachable key board, it is a quaity substitute for small laptop.
