I ordered an ipad on black friday- i had recieved an email confirming the order and another email saying it was being packed Purchase Date: Nov 24, 2023 Order Number: BBY01-806822801768 Total: $267.49 Payment Details v Shipment Arriving by Thursday Packaging your item. Later the order “disappeared “ and the tracking information was no longer available but i had kept the screenshot from the first email. Additionally the credit card charge had disappeared so i contacted my credit card company to inquire about the status. They told me Best Buy had hit my card 3 times for the full amount and reversed two of them and provided me with the transactions. They said there was the third charge still pending waiting for Best Buy to complete the transaction. They specifically stated they HAD NOT declined the charge and it was definitely something on the Best Buy end as apparent by the the redundant charges they reversed. They said the charge was pending an action from Best Buy and to call them. So i called and talked to 3-4 different people who all argued with me that my credit card company declined the purchase HOWEVER, they would be more than happy to reissue the order for the full price which was about $80 more than the price I originally purchased it at. How Convenient!!! One person i spoke with at Best Buy even said it was a glitch on their end but I would still have to pay the full price if i wanted it. How convenient that you can “purchase” it for a “deal” but then are told “if you want it you will have to pay full retail because its not on sale anymore”. Plus, not once was i ever notified they cancelled the order. I only found out because I had been provided a receipt date that i was checking on. I did buy an ipad but I did not purchase from Best Buy nor will any of my future purchases of computers, appliances or anything electronic come from Best Buy ever again in the future! If you advertise a price and an order is placed and messed up on the purchasing end you should have enough integrity to notify the customer and honor the purchase. From the consumer perspective this looks like a classic bait and switch scenario!

Very happy with my iPad Was easy to transfer from my old to new one

ITS GOOD But sometimes when sometimes when I call people or people call me it’s like a weird sound so I gotta hang up and try like 3 more times to call

My cord broke in my ipad during the time it was charging. I had chemo and forgot to call but I will tomorrow.

Heavy but it works and not expensive, Just ok. I think a lighter material might b better!

It seems to operate as designed it requires charging every day an the charge only holds for a few hours. The unit seems S to discharge when not in use is what my old device was doing and the reason for purchasing the update. Seems like you stuck it to me and just like the radio you sold it does not operate correctly.

Vey fast compared to previous “i” pad. Transferred data from previous pad which went smoothly. So very good. Good price.
