Great iPad. Love it. Easy to use and wonderful viewing

Could be aa little more intuitive. Ok if you're familiar with Apple.

this product was refurbished but was stuck in headphones mode majority of the time. Every now & then it would switch to the regular mode. Get brand new one instead of used one.

I like it but everything would not transfer from my old ipad

It is an old technology iPad. The auto transfer didn’t work but it does the job

The man that helped me was maybe the manager. He didn’t rush me through. He made a point of explaining that he was erasing the data from my old tablet to protect my privacy. He was very busy but was so nice and I felt so comfortable. I hope he had a beautiful holiday.

Purchase at your own risk. I purchased a "Geek Squad verified Apple iPad 9th generation, 64 GB". That is not what I received. We received a 7th generation 32 GB iPad, it was in great condition, but that is not what we purchased. This was actually a purchase for my 8 yr old, who saved $235 for a brand new iPad, so I was not going to let this slide. We are returning this today and will just buy straight from Apple. I would rather help her with the difference so we can get what we order.

I purchased three Apple IPADS at the Christiana Mall in Delaware. The representative refused to provide a bag. My children were waiting in the car with my wife as these were Christmas gifts. Agent responded with “there were no more bags”. I even asked for a box or some type of coverage for IPADS, the response was “there is nothing”.I was extremely disappointed that Bestbuy would have such little regard for their customers for such a simple request.

It’s well done except for the typical Apple model of low, non-expandable memory (no card slot) because they want to sell you cloud space. You’re going to get around 50gb of useable storage.

For some reason I find this iPad difficult to use, I find myself having to tap the screen multiple times to accomplish a single action.

Struggled to turn on at times and glitches but mostly ok

it is a good tablet. so far have not explored all functions. mainly used to look up news. setup could be easier

This is a gift for my granddaughter and I have not given it to her yet. Purchase and delivery by mail was without a hitch and I know she will love it because she dropped her other one in the bathtub and has been without!!!

Clear picture. I upgraded from a mini-ipad. I was afraid the regular size would be too big to hold while reading in bed but it is fine.

It’s good but it’s a little laggy Im not sure if it’s brand new

I am so disgusted with Apple it’s not even funny. So far the device it self is fine, it’s just the functionality that’s the problem. Finally realize Apple products aren’t the superior machines people claim them to be. Less than 2 months ago, I purchased a MacBook Air and went through the grueling task of it setting up. With every task no matter how simple (i.e. open/close an app, save/delete a document, download software), I had to search the internet for answers. Not to mention that at least 50% of the time the results were out-dated! It took me several weeks to get up and running. I have been a computer enthusiast for nearly 30 years, so I’m no novice, albeit I’ve only used PCs. Having gone through this experience, I figured maybe this was a one-time ordeal. So, on Dec. 30 I purchased an iPad. Here we go again! Where’s the on/off button, how to restart/shutdown, how to close an app, how to change display image, off to the internet for answers again, And here’s the biggie… I’m trying to download Microsoft 365 on my tablet, it says I have to use another account. No problem I have a gmail account and a hotmail account, Tried them both, neither worked. It says I need a code from the Authenticator. When I set up the Authenticator I had to use a password, I did that and it changed my Apple ID!!! What is wrong with Apple, why can’t they print a Quick Start Guide and include a diagram of basic key functions!!! This shouldn’t be this hard!!! Stop resting on your laurels and document you product!! You make enough money on your high-priced devices to pay for printing.

We shopped at the Newington NH store. The salesmen were friendly, knowledgeable, patient and know their computers and cell phones. Made the experience great! Highly recommend this Best Buy location.

Nothing new against gen 8th, comes with a C charger pretty much all difference is that. If you are looking for an iPad go for the 10th instead of this one, I was disappointed when I realized but great opportunity to buy so cheap at Best Buy. The display seems easy to crack and is light weight. Color is nice but not so many options to begin with.
