This is my third iPad. I foolishly did not buy a cover for my second one and it now has a cracked screen. Still works but I wnet for this new one because the price was great. I bought a cover <G>.

This was a gift so I can’t rate it. But from what I heard it should do what it is supposed to do.

I bought this open box item and it was in perfect condition! It looked brand new and everything was in tact, like it has never been removed from the packaging. Saved some money, as well.

too heavy and heavy to effectively replace ipad mini

This is the second Apple IPad that I have purchased in one month’s time. I am using my cracked screen expensive IPad to write this review. Why? Because this model of cheap IPad just will not hold a charge and when online it starts freezing up! I called the Apple hotline and they said it’s because I had too many apps running. BS! Why is it that I can use my old ones? I have never had a problem with an Apple device! In this case I guess you get what you pay for but this is the pits. I was able to get my money back from Best Buy because I brought it back within the 14 days time frame.This time I can’t because it’s been 30 days. I can’t afford to lose that money! I have decided to buy a laptop this time and will use my old ones that work just fine after having them for years

I am extremely disappointed in this new iPad that I bought every time I go over a Bumpy Rd., Siri comes on and stops the video from functioning. Now I have to run out to Best Buy to see what’s going on with it considering the fact I’m not tech savvy.

Nice Ipad for the price, great to check facebook and emails

Do not waste your time nor Monday ordering online. I payed extra for next day shipping only to get my package a week later. UPS and Best But kept blaming one another on who had it and one day it randomly appeared after being told it was lost and a refund would be issued.

My first "Apple" experience. The included instruction were poor, but I caught on with online site help and a little "trying it".

Fast delivery before Christmas! Packaged right , tracking was right on down to delivery! They wife is happy, thank you Best Buy

The iPad is great, but we are unable to purchase a cover! We tried on line and also in the store in LaCrosse. Disappointing.

For a tech challenged person, this works fine. Like that you can increase the font size for better readability.

Great gift to give to one of your children for many hours of entertainmemt.

iPad arrived in perfect condition. Have not accessed it yet because I bought it for my 7 year old for Christmas.

same ipad was cheaper in Amazon. But I saw it after I already ordered it from best buy.

Too early to say what I like and do not it. I enjoyed my old one so I’m sure the same will be tru.

With this being my first apple purchase, it seems to be a pretty good product thus far.
