    The 199.99 discount is not a black friday discount, they usually sell this ipad at the same price throughout the year. Amazon also sells it at the same price throughout the year.

    Full update, fresh out of the box, may have caused this device to run slowly. It was used for Safari browser and Google Workspace apps. Neither art nor act multimedia were made on it. There just wasn't any heavy use but it still dragged and choked. The display was a letdown compared to OLED devices. Returning tomorrow.

    I am giving myself one more day to set my iPad up. If no luck, I will return. I have had strange problems and after 45 minutes with “geek squad” no help whatsoever. Very disappointed. “Salesman” was down right rude. First review on ANYTHING I’ve ever left.

    I didn’t never receive my item because they let unknown driver drop it off so I never even got to see how the device work !

    Someone got in my account and ordered this so I have no idea how it is. Best buy obviously gave it to someone for pick up that was NOT me because it was a order for pick up. This shows me no one was I'd for order pickup.

    Worst experience ever it’s took over 3 weeks to get my order and I didn’t even receive it and when supposedly it was “delivered “ they didn’t even email me I had to check for my self and I hadn’t received it it took forever to get in contact with some one about my order
