Ipad bending after a little over a year of use worst purchase ive made in the technologic industry.

Went to pick up my item witch was paid for in full online and they could not find it. Had to wait for almost 30 minutes for them to figure out what was going on. I’m still not sure I really got the item I paid for and very disappointed in the service and confusion.

This item sucks. The battery doesn't stay charged. I purchased it a few weeks ago and it's already past return. Seems like a good strategy to sell malfunctioning products.

I had trouble with the on button and had to return it.

My iPad arrived and once I set it up it turned off on me and won’t turn on again. Only had it for an hour and dead now I have to go to the store and get a new one. Disappointed!

The product is fine. But I have not been able to get a receipt for this purchase, and attempts to chat with various Best Buy’s customer service agents results in excuses that a receipt can’t be sent or generated.

I was very disappointed. I placed my order based on what the delivery date. The delivery date when I placed the order was 12/23/21 and it arrived on 12/29/21. Completely missed Christmas Day.

Did not receive my item so I won’t be able to rate it.

The iPad is great my problem is Best Buy charge me twice for this product and I feet were going to have a court date as don’t want to fix this

I think it refurbished battery life keeps jumping from dead to full

I recently purchased the Apple 10 inch iPad with WiFi, and I have to say that I'm really disappointed with my purchase. The first issue I had was with the WiFi connectivity. Despite being in a well-covered area, I found that the iPad would frequently lose its connection and I would have to reconnect manually. Another major issue I had was with the battery life. I was expecting the iPad to last for at least a few hours on a single charge, but I found that it would die after only an hour or so of use. This was really frustrating, especially when I was using it for work or entertainment on long flights or road trips. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the Apple 10 inch iPad with WiFi. It's expensive and it doesn't offer the performance or reliability that you would expect from an Apple product. There are better options out there, so save your money and invest in a better tablet.

We ordered the product brand new, and it arrived defective. Very disappointing. Don't buy apple.
