This was a replacement of an older version of the same machine. Faster, with better battery life, and a clear display.

I love this iPad. It was extremely easy to setup from my old iPad sitting right next to it. Everything transferred over with no issues. I basically use the iPad to surf the web and answer emails, etc. Would highly recommend!

I purchased this IPad for online college courses. It’s very easy to work with and the size is convenient to carry on the go. The battery life is anazing!

made this purchase after my 8 year old mini iPad started showing signs of slowing down. I am totally satisfied with this new 10.2 iPad and so far it has exceeded my expectations. My mini only had 32 GB of storage so this new one is a welcome change and truly gives me much more room to grow. I also like the Total Tech plan that comes with the unit and the fact that I can use my local Best Buy Geek Squad in the event I have future problems. The price I paid was in my opinion very reasonable given the quality of product I received. All of this was a huge win for me!

Great Ipad. Works exactly as I hoped. Hoping it doesn't drop off in the next software update.

Easy to set up and operate, although I don’t like having to use the lightning connector versus a USB-C. Battery life has been great and I’ve been able to use it for all the things I was hoping to.

I’m so glad I bought this without hesitating. Woke up one morning and bought it. Good condition. Lots of storage. I even got all my family to buy it after.

The screen size is perfect for me, you can differentiate the speed comparing with the old one I have.

Perfect for my 75 year old mom who has an iPhone SE with a home button. Newer iPad would be hard for her to use. This 9th generation is just like her phone and a bigger screen. She will enjoy it!

Love this ipad. I bought it to display my photo library. It is working wonderful for that purpose. I also use it for other things but it’s primary purpose is a photo frame. Best Buy staff was helpful in answering my questions. Its to new to rate durability. I was given a digital picture frame as a gift, and it only lasted a couple years. So looking forward to see how long this lasts

Brought for my grand daughter as a Christmas gift, the size is amazing! Clarity speed easy to use and great price.

I believe this to be the good value for the money. Works great and I would recommend the 9th Generation for someone learning to use an ipad. Both my college student children and wife have no issues using it and are satisfied with the performance. They say it's just fine for what they need it for, mostly web browsing, face time, and internet.

Like they say in boxing: best pound for pound. For the amount of money you spend and the quality of the product it’s the best choice out there bar none. Sure you don’t get most of the latest bells and whistles and aesthetically speaking it looks outdated compared to the latest models of the Air and Pro devices but like myself if you’re just using it for basic tasks like surfing the web, emailing, messaging, printing and media consumption you can’t beat the price. Like the song says: She might be fine on the outside but on the inside she has enough going for herself that makes her beautiful.
