Solid product, good service

Activation was easy, and I was able to use my iPhone to complete most of the process. Best Buy staff were helpful and made sure I didn’t leave with any unanswered questions. I also traded in several pieces of tech (old AirPods Pro and my old iPad). That process was also easy and I got a decent value for my old tech.

It was extremely easy to setup from my old iPad sitting right next to it. Everything transferred over with no issues. I basically use the iPad to surf the web and answer emails, etc. Would highly recommend!

He did not stop using it even when going home. The smaller ipad was all he needs and could not see much difference compared to my other newer products

Only downside is iPads can no longer view Facebook live events when live (video and audio stutter). Works fine watching event later, just not live. Apparently this is another “feature”’provided by Apple or Facebook.

It’s not the fanciest and fastest but certainly is. Better than the one I replaced. I was given a $35 gift card from Best Buy for trading in my very old IPad. More than Apple would given me. With all the discounts and sales I received it made it very affordable.
