Only downside is iPads can no longer view Facebook live events when live (video and audio stutter). Works fine watching event later, just not live. Apparently this is another “feature”’provided by Apple or Facebook.

I had a gold so the facing was white. I’m still getting used to the black.(hope they make this model in gold color)us females like the white.I love the bigger size though. Didn’t need the headphone jack on this model it’s useless, after it was taken off the older models why was it added back on.over all I love my apple products no real cons.you have to know which model to buy for your own personal use.

I am very satisfied with the performance of the computer. I have 2 other computers that include a laptop and a PC. I often get thrown off my WiFi connection with them, but never from my ipad. I was very pleased with the online purchase and on site pickup of the ipad. The whole process was very smooth.

The set up was easy since my mom has an iPhone. So far it has been easy for her to use. My Dad is an invalid and this iPad allows them so many options for various things such as games, watching church on YouTube, FaceTiming with family, making demonstration videos for those who care for my dad and kindle for my mom!! So far, it’s been great!

Well worth the money spent, still going strong with no issues. Both our kids have them and our nieces.

This iPad is a very nice replacement and is all that I expected and hoped that it would be. The screen is a bit larger than my older one, but still fits in the same spots the other one did.
