Longer battery life than my old one. The screen seems to be crisper and the colors more brilliant. Faster response time too.

I’ve had my iPad for just over a year and it’s great! I can read books, do some digital art, play games, and entertain my kids in a pinch. I’ll be looking at getting a newer model soon, but this one has done its job.

I have an older IPad5 that needed a new battery. Why replace the battery just a few dollars more , I purchased a new IPad9. The IPad9 is more faster and better features .You can get two accessories for the IPad9. A writing pen and a keyboard. I never have any problem purchasing any Items from Best Buy.

The I pad itself is great, but the purchase process was less than ideal. The sales associate was great and advised us we could trade in my husband's old device. So far, so good. When we came to pick up the new I pad, the young lady at the desk completely wiped the old one before anything else. We didn't have an opportunity to transfer the data! When we advised her of this fact she said, not a problem, everything is backed up to the cloud. She entered his cell number to get a code for the cloud, but he rarely carries his phone so it was on me to try to retrieve everything at home. Even the manager came over to try to help, with no success. Well, guess what? Nothing was backed up!! I had to reenter all contacts. Some of my husbands emails he had archived were not retrievable, and all of his games and scores were LOST. Not a happy camper. But the worst part of the experience is the young lady who caused all the problem didn't seem to care!

This is the perfect iPad where you get the bag for your buck. Great size and does the same as the newer ones.

The clarity of the color is outstanding. It is pretty intuitive given the operating system. The memory so far has been able to hold my copious amounts of pictures and games that I play. I am quite happy with the purchase at the price point I got it for.

Got this I pad for my 3 years old she loves it it’s easy to set up, and she can handle unlocking and play her games on her own.. I love it because I can control what she watches or what apps are downloaded from my very own iphone account … I wanted something that was linked to my Apple account best 300.00 I’ve spend to keep her busy driving car rides

Assistant in iPad department helped us alot. Difference from current unit I had gotten years ago & showed the difference to a new unit & cover for it . Hooked us up with Geek Squad to transfer info from one pad to another. Came back a few hrs later and they did a wonderful job.

Love my iPad! It’s my 1st one & I’m sorry I waited so long to get one. I was glad I did wait because it went on sale for a great price. The sound quality is great & great picture when watching a movie.

Got this on sale, around 270 for both this and the Pencil. Overall it's okay, great for light use, though I do wish it had a USB-C port instead of the lightning cable.

Excellent purchase, pricing unbeatable, curbside pickup was a breeze I needed this as a Christmas gift, I can always count on Best Buy for the last minute Christmas shopping. And of course you can know the apple iPad is good quality and original, and up to today it's been working like a charm.
