The outstanding staff, especially Vincent, are SO helpful, patient, informed and delightful to work with. I am delighted with my purchase of the iPad, along with the screen saver, cover and even the 2 year Apple Care insurance!

Gift That Keeps On Giving

It was purchased as a birthday gift for my husband who quite honestly is not very techy. He absolutely loves it and little by little he's learning more and more every day!!! So glad I gave my boomer husband a gift that keeps on giving - you are never too old to learn something new!

My only complaint is that I called to ask what kind of HDMI adaptor to get with this, and the rep told me the wrong item. I ordered it on Amazon and wasn't able to return it, which was an expensive mistake. But otherwise, I'm very happy with it!

It's An iPad

The camera is noticeably better but who takes pics with an iPad anyway? It is nice that space is doubled for the same price as the previous model. However, it would have been nice if they had maintained the 128gb option at a slightly higher price than the 64gb model. The price of the 256gb model just seems like overkill. Overall, it is a quality product and does what it is meant to do.
