My new iPad 9th generation

This new one has amazing color and graphics, new to me apps for productivity. I love the layout of the homescreen making it easy to navigate.

If you are looking for basic capabilities on the iPad such as note taking, split screens, and turning into a laptop this is a great deal! Compared to my sisters iPad Pro I would still pick this one as it has the same basic functions.

Very good customer service from manager down to salesman. Went to Geek Squad and they set up the iPad to my specific needs. Explain the features of the unit to an untechhy person and I am now working the unit and understanding

The device pairs perfectly with our hair-color measuring scales and is easy to use. I am currently in the process of purchasing one more for our front desk kiosk! Additionally, it syncs up with all of our other Apple devices within the salon, creating a cohesive experience for my stylists.

Great tablet especially for kids!

They previously had other tablets but they ran very slow. But they claim these are lightning fast and provide a much brighter and colorful picture / experience. No complaints. Would recommend.

It was packaged appropriately and arrived in great condition. iPad is performing as expected! I also received a $35 gift card from Best Buy when I brought my old, reset iPad to their store! Very good customer service.

Great iPad for the price!

However, I tried charging with a different wall adapter and cable (still the 20W and usb c cable) like I use for my phone, but it charges for a few minutes and then says “Not Charging.” I thought all of the chargers would be pretty much universal, but I’ll just use the one it came with. Other than that it works well!

One of them was for my husband and we. Are loving them we take them every were. I play candy crush on mine why my husband is driving.the price was great…so if u want a good quality iPad go to Best Buy..
