Good product. I had email for 10% off price. Clerk at counter said it would be applied on Best Buy credit card statement. It was not applied. I called about statement. I waited a long time then the lady was difficult to understand, then I got disconnected. Best Buy emails mean nothing only to mislead.

Bought to replace an older Samsung tablet that my in-laws had. They had no problems adjusting to the iPad and are using it on a daily basis.

I needed to buy a new iPad because I only had 32GB and I had no more room. So it was time. This has 64 GB and is plenty for me, and I received updates too. I’m very happy with my iPad!

Planning to use this for light use. Specifically, reading, browsing, and streaming. The battery lasts long enough to last a week and I see Apple continuing to update this for years to come.

No nonsense Apple product! Checks all the boxes! Needed something a little better than fire tablet and the price was right!

Great buy and performance over the older iPad being retired. Screen is very sharp and unit is 10x faster than the 2nd gen ipad.

I bought this one to replace a very old iPad Air. I can’t believe how much better this one is. Works great for my extra iPad, upstairs bedroom, etc..

It’s been great so far.I’m using it for work and personal. It is light weight, easy to store, and I love the color of my cover. I have many apple products and this is connecting to everything.

Most economical device today's needs. And with Apple policy of ~ 5 year updates, instead of paying almost 2x as much for potentially longer lifespan, it seems better to plan to upgrade and use this one as a photo frame or house remote than buying one at 2x the price

This is a great iPad. I bought 2. One for me and one for my grandson!

Our last iPad was purchased in 2009 and still works, only way too slow for anything more than messages, so we bought this one and it is absolutely great, fast and runs every app with ease. I will also be purchasing the Pro model next week for my work, although I really think this one could handle it too.

I purchased this for my 10 year old daughter as it was a cheap and expensive iPad that I could oversee what she did with it. Much like everything else in the world. They have their pros and cons but I have no issues with this device.

Granddaughter needed a new laptop for college. Her older 2016 apple air didn't have enough power/ memory for complicated grafic design. She lives her new mac pro.

The iPad is what we were looking for. It does what we want it to do. Best Buy did a good job of wetting it up and explained how to use it to our advantage. It works well and we have had no problems with it.

Good at what it’s for but won’t charge with any other charger other than the one it comes with.

This was a nice replacement for my apple ipad 5th generation. It has better memory and a faster processor than my ild ipad. Setup was very easy, judt backed up the old ipad to the cloud and restored all my settings and aps to the new ipad, Done in lessthan a minute. Cery pleased with this.

Our daughter has this iPad so it was only right to get one for our son. 10/10 recommend- such a product and keeps the kids entertained. Be sure to get an otter box case though.
