    This is a gift for my granddaughter. The last one she had came from best buy several years ago and she wanted a new one this year. If this one last half as long as the first one did, we will well have our money's worth. Best Buy is the best place for electronics, not only at Christmas time, but year round.

    First of all, they are most of staff doing very good. Good behavior, and I’m the regular customer of Best Buy. I bought lots of things from Best Buy. Everything was good. I bought dryer, washer about 3 years,giving me good service. Stove and Air fryer about 2 years still good.I bought iPad 9th generation, everything is going good . Today I bought a dishwasher . Waiting for new one. Thank you best buy for the good service and good customer service.

    Apple products have very good reliability. We have purchased many Apple products and they have all worked well. This is a great size iPad and can easily be stored in my purse. I recommend having a case to protect the screen.

    I love my new iPad, easy setup and transfer. Has a few new features and love the light weight. Great customer service and loved the trade-in feature. Will definitely buy from Best Buy again. Always satisfied with customer service and product quality.
