I got her the Apple Pencil also. She takes it to class and uses it to take notes. She also uses it to watch movies and TV, and listen to music. She is loving it!!!

We are replacing an older iPad that was near end of Apple support life. Now good for several years in the future. Does not have all the bells/whistles as the higher end models, but great for what we use it for (internet, video streaming).

Does everything in wifi that anybody could ever need on a screen 4x the size of a phone at 1/3 of the price
