I waited 2+ hours to get the issue resolved. The seat was so uncomfortable and the whole thing stressed me out. In the end, I got a low price. One young clerk told me that I needed to pay $750 for a new one! I’m glad my son is a genius!

Early Christmas gifts

My order was ready for pickup within 10 minutes and brought out to my car within 5 minutes of my arrival. I haven’t opened the iPads just yet but have previously purchased one from Best Buy and have had no issues with it. Thank you

Upgraded Ipad

It was very easy to set and transfer everything from my old iPad onto my new one. The price was reasonable since I wasn’t looking for the top of the line.

At his point we all know they are reliable and do not normally fail. The 64gb size is better than the smaller storage sizes, but it will still run out of space quickly with videos, pictures, downloads.

It was just the thing to take on vacation and avoid the extra weight of a laptop -- and worries about the laptop's safety. Best Buy made it easy, and offers enhancements I can purchase if I choose to.
