    The pickup process was extremely easy. My order was ready for pickup within 10 minutes and brought out to my car within 5 minutes of my arrival. I haven’t opened the iPads just yet but have previously purchased one from Best Buy and have had no issues with it. Thank you

    easy to use. got it on black friday special. my first i pad. suggestion to others would be is to buy a larger than 64 GB. JUST doesnt hold enough to be super productive. Must be mindful of all apps and photos you install on here because you will run out of space.

    The iPad is the best tablet on the market. Image is sharper than previous versions. I use it for almost anything - research, entertainment, shopping. Lower price point than before is also a plus!

    This is the 12th ipad i have purchased. The size is great and not too heavy. I use the ipads for business. The set up was very very easy and took less than 15 minutes. Be sure and add the screen protector!

    It’s a nice iPad the only thing I find a problem is it’s not super easy to use the volume control. You have to do it from the screen which is a pain. You should be able to do it from the side
