Excellent Device/Poor Customer Service

I really like the 9th generation however i wanted s bigger screen. Couldnt exchange since its Black Friday even though I was already there and 4 people could have helped me (no line at 10:15). Will be returning and purchasing at Target for $30 cheaper. Appreciate the help.

The 10.2-inch Retina display is clear and bright which makes reading, browsing, and watching videos very enjoyable. The colors look vibrant and the screen responds well to touch. The A13 Bionic processor handles all the everyday tasks I throw at it without any lag. Whether I am using productivity apps, streaming, or playing casual games, everything runs smoothly. The battery life is excellent as well and easily lasts me through a full day of typical use. The 64 gigabytes of storage is enough for my current needs. I have plenty of room for apps, photos, and some downloaded movies. However, if you tend to keep a large music or video library on your device, you might find the storage somewhat limited and need to rely on cloud services. The design and build quality are classic Apple. The Space Gray color is sleek and professional looking. The iPad is lightweight and easy to carry around which makes it perfect for travel or moving between rooms. The home button with Touch ID works well for quick unlocking and security. My only small complaint is that this model does not have the newer features found in more expensive iPads, such as the edge-to-edge screen or Face ID. But for the price it offers excellent value and is perfect for users who want a dependable tablet for everyday tasks. If you are looking for a solid all-around iPad that can handle work, entertainment, and everything in between without breaking the bank, this is a great choice. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable tablet.
