    The iPad itself is great! The only reason why I rated it 4 stars is because the first iPad I received had a dead pixel on the screen. I had to contact BB Customer Service to report it and request a replacement. I don’t know how it had passed Apple’s quality control inspection. After another week of waiting, I received the replacement and I’m happy with it.
