    My granddaughter loves her iPad haven't put it down since she opened it up, but what really got it was the customer service we got in getting this item. Love best buy the prices the customer service and the friendly atmosphere I get when we r there from the host at the door to the employees on the floor helping u out making sure you in and out as quickly as you can
