It’s always difficult to get the tablet repaired and that’s with any brand however with the warranty you’ll get a brand new replacement for only $50 bucks. It’s the only tablet I know when accidental damage covered. Also if your fan of Apple products like me you will enjoy this more as it does pair up with other Apple devices.

It still worked but I held my breath that it would stop at any time. Kyle Parr (Geek Squad) was very helpful when I bought my new Ipad. He transferred everything from my old IPad to the new one and explained what he was doing and made sure I understood everything.
